A Russian Thanksgiving

This past Thanksgiving I spent dinner with Mr. Borscht's family, they are Russian... and this is how Russian's do it for Thanksgiving.

Sauteed brussel sprouts

Mozzarella & tomato slices with sprinkles of kalamata olives & shredded basil

Roasted bellpeppers with tomatoed onions

Dill seasoned chicken and roasted potatoes

Pork ribs served on top of mushroom risotto

They take dessert very seriously with a variety of choices

Chocolate covered walnuts!  These were fantastic!
